1. Nature of Services

Print Vista primarily provides customized printing products and services. Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before printing or production has started.

  • Once the printing or production process has begun, cancellations are not allowed.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately at admin1@printsvista.com with their order details.

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per Section 5.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • There is a printing error caused by Print Vista

  • The order does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of purchase

❌ Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen or display differences

  • Errors in content, spelling, or design approved by the customer

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delays caused by courier or force majeure events

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Email us at admin1@printsvista.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at no additional cost. The decision to issue a refund or replacement will be at Print Vista’s discretion after reviewing the request.
